How long have you been married?
Since October 10th, 2009!

Where did you honeymoon?
We went on a cruise in the Caribbean.

What were some personal touches at your wedding?
I made the feathers that were in my hair, it was pinned behind a silk flower I bought at Anthropologie. My bridesmaids and I also made our own bouquets from fake flowers we bought on sale at hobby lobby.

What aspect of your wedding did you splurge on?
The food. We really wanted to cut costs as much as we could, and we had thought about just doing without caterers and buying a bunch of food to serve buffet style instead, but we are very glad we splurged.

If you had to do your wedding day over, what one thing would you do differently?
Maybe taking dancing lessons beforehand, or splurging on the dress. :)

Were there any surprises on your wedding day?
Our bridesmaids and best man rented a Limo for us to leave the wedding in, that was a big surprise and very appreciated.

Why did you hire a wedding coordinator?
I hired a wedding coordinator because I wanted everything to go well on my wedding day without having to stress too much about it. I chose STC because they coordinated the wedding of one of my bridesmaids and she thought they did an amazing job. I am so glad I listened to her. During the planning process, Sara was a GREAT help and really alleviated much of the worry and stress. We felt very taken care of on our wedding day and did not have to worry about a thing. We were able to enjoy every moment of the wedding while things moved along perfectly and on schedule.
