Heather and David | Austin Wedding Coordinator

Dear Jessica and Kenneth,

Thank you so much for the amazing work you did with our wedding. Hiring a coordinator is the best thing a bride can do to keep the stress at bay on her special day, and I'm so lucky I found a great couple to take care of things for me on mine.

Everyone was amazed at how well you took over where I left off in the planning, without any noticeable hitch. It was as if we had been planning the wedding together the entire year! I loved how well you handled some of my flaky vendors without bruising any egos, and how you just kept after those who were so hard to work with. Your patience runs much deeper than mine!

You were absolutely a lifesaver at three or four times during the evening, from your portable steamer fixing the funny ironing job done by the cleaners to knowing which side my father should stand on as we walked down the aisle, and even to the help when a nervous bride got a little overzealous with her makeup! You knew what to do and when, who should do it, and you managed to make it all work perfectly.

I want to thank you personally for being so sweet and so attentive to me on both the wedding day and during our planning sessions. I never felt like just another client for you to get through. I was so glad to have someone friendly that I felt I could trust to take care of my wedding. You always had a smile on, and made sure I knew everything that was happening, but without making me worry. I truly appreciate the work you did, and the way the two of you helped me pull off the wedding of my dreams.

I can't wait to have my friends get married now that I have an amazing reference to give them for a coordinator. Any bride would be lucky to have you, and I know you will go far and make plenty of brides happy along the way. I'm proud to be a reference for your work, and will gladly pass along your names wherever I can. Thank you so much again, and I know I'll see you at any wedding I have a voice in!

Warmest Regards,

Heather
