Specialty drinks can make such an impact on your big day and really bring out your personalities as a couple. Pick your favorites or break the mold. Maybe it's your dad's favorite margarita recipe or a fun seasonal martini.

I also love to encourage my clients to use local ingredients. Think Dripping Springs vodka or a selection of local wines -- Mandola's wines are delish. At one of my recent weddings, we served an oh-so-tasty version of the Arnold Palmer during the pre-wedding cocktail hour. This signature sip featured Sweet Leaf Tea's Half and Half + Tito's vodka. Judging by the empty glasses, I'd say this cocktail was a huge hit :)

Don't be afraid to experiment or try something new -- lemongrass or pomegranate mojitos or even edible flowers in your champagne or prosecco.

So many ideas and so much fun to try them all out.
