7 Ways to Go Green for Your Wedding

One of the biggest trends in weddings this year is the “Green” trend. These days, more and more brides and opting to have eco-friendly weddings. Here is a list of ways you can create a Green wedding, without giving up the things you love:

1. Use recycled invitations. Encourage guests to recycle their invitations, or have seeds embedded in the paper so guests can plant their invitations and enjoy the flowers.
2. Use a reply postcard, instead of an inner envelope. You’ll save paper, and money.
3. Have your ceremony and reception at the same location. That way, guests don’t have to drive, and will save gas.
4. If you have a lot of guests in from out of town, use a shuttle to pick them up from the airport. Also consider using a shuttle to get guests to the wedding.
5. Find a caterer who uses organic and locally grown food.
